Azran Starkweather grew up doing theatre with Debut Theatre Company! They started at age 12, shortly after moving to Colorado, and eventually became a Debut Player. They loved every minute of their time in Players, and have a particular love for the show “Sarah, Plain and Tall.”

After finishing high school, Azran moved to New York City and studied acting at The Stella Adler Studio of Acting and at The Neighborhood Playhouse. At the Neighborhood Playhouse, they fell in love with stage management and aspire to do much more with it. Upon finishing school, they moved back to Colorado to work with local theatres in Fort Collins.

Azran is delighted to be back at Debut working in the front office! When not working on theatre, Azran can also be found working part-time as a barista, learning foreign languages, reading fantasy books, or hanging out with their friends. They’re happy to help out with any questions or concerns you might have regarding Debut Theatre!
